About CaseSharp

Built for Australian legal research that people can trust.

CaseSharp is an Australian legal research and study tool for law students. The goal is simple: make it faster to find what a case says, verify it against the judgment, save the authorities that matter, and cite them correctly.

Why it exists

Australian researchers still waste time stitching together authority history, passages, and export-ready notes by hand. CaseSharp is built to reduce that friction without pretending the work is automatic.

What it does

Search Australian authorities, open authority pages, save authorities, compare cases, build briefs, and ask grounded research questions inside one matter-like workflow.

How it behaves

The product is opinionated about verification. If support cannot be confirmed, it says so. Every substantive output is designed to be reviewed by a human before reliance.
